They're not levels, and you don't have to start at the beginning. They're different amounts of time — and time is mostly what this needs. Four weeks to hear yourself again. Three months to start living from it. Six months for the leap itself.
However we work together, you're never just waiting for the next call. Every container includes ongoing WhatsApp and voice note support between sessions, because the things worth saying rarely arrive on schedule.
Sessions are 60 minutes, online, wherever you are. Everything you say stays between us.
How a session works
Sixty minutes, and you talk more than I do.
You bring the question. Every session starts with what you want to be clearer about by the end. Some weeks that's a decision sitting on your desk; some weeks it's a feeling you can't name yet. Both count. We spend the hour on that one thing rather than catching up in general, and we stay with it until something has actually moved.
Mostly I ask. People come to a coach wanting answers, and I understand why — I did the same. But the answers that hold are never the ones handed to you. They're the ones you arrive at yourself, which is why the real skill I trained for at Brown is the asking: knowing which question to put in front of you, and when to stay quiet while you find your way to it. I'll ask again, a little differently, because the first answer is usually the one you've told people before. Somewhere in the second or third pass, something truer tends to come out. That's the part I won't let you talk yourself out of.
No two clients get the same process. Some think best out loud with nothing in the way. Others want more insight into how they're built, and we'll bring in personality and profiling frameworks to give language to what you've been circling. I'll follow what works for you rather than running you through a fixed programme.
And it doesn't stay abstract. Most clients end up building a 30-60-90 day plan — specific enough to act on, yours rather than borrowed — alongside a longer-term vision worth walking toward. So the clarity turns into a direction, and the direction turns into your next three months.
I'll reflect back what I hear, including the things you said quickly and moved past. I'll notice when your voice changes. And I'll tell you when what you're describing doesn't match what you said you wanted — gently, but I will tell you. You've had enough people agree with you politely.
